Thursday Class Offerings Are Expanding!

JULY 7th - WE WILL ADD A 5:30pm CLASS TO THURSDAY EVENINGS.

For the first 4 weeks we will be working on developing pull-up strength and skills.

 

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE

Strength and Conditioning

MONDAY - 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm

TUESDAY - 6am, 7am, 8am, 9:15am, 5:30pm (indoor)

WEDNESDAY - 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm

THURSDAY - 7am, 8am, 9:15am, 5:30pm (indoor - gymnastics focus - STARTS JULY 9th)

FRIDAY - 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm

SATURDAY - 8am, 9:15am

- CLOSED SUNDAY -

*Classes are held outdoors unless otherwise noted. Some outdoor classes may have optional indoor components.
