TUESDAY - 7am, 8am, 9:15am, 12pm, 5:30pm

WEDNESDAY - 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm

THURSDAY - 7am, 8am, 9:15am

FRIDAY - 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm

SATURDAY - 8am, 9:15am

- CLOSED SUNDAY -

*Classes are held indoors, with an outdoor option for those that prefer it (as long as the wind will allow us to keep tents standing).
