Strength and Conditioning
Join us for a 45min Workout! Expect a thorough warm up - mobility - strength - conditioning - core and more. This is a full body strength and conditioning focused class.
You will see dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sand bags, jump ropes, and lots of bodyweight exercises.
Get ready to run, deadlift, lunge, squat, push, pull, crawl and more!
All levels welcome - modifications are available!
Please bring your own yoga mat, a mask and water bottle. Rest room will be available.
Ready to learn a little more about Olympic Lifting? Let's move indoors and spend some time with the barbell.
45 minutes will include warm up, mobility, technique, and conditioning. All abilities welcome.
Masks are optional for indoor classes. Please bring a water bottle.
